North Malabar Tourism Organization (NOMTO) is an independent body for the promotion of Tourism in North Malabar ,ie, Kannur and Kasaragod districts. It's a joint initiative of the North Malabar Chamber of Commerce and the tourism stakeholders in North Malabar.

AWARDS OF EXCELLENCE IN MALABAR TOURISM

NOMTO has decided to institute Awards of Excellence in Tourism for individuals and
enterprises who have contributed significantly for the promotion of Malabar Tourism.

Malabar Tourism means the districts of Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode,
Wayanad, Kannur and Kasaragod districts of Kerala.

We are pleased to inform you that NOMTO, in association with Metro Mart, is organizing the 3rd Edition of the North Malabar Travel Bazaar (NMTB) 2025, scheduled to be held on 15th and 16th November 2025 at the Kannur International Airport (KIAL). Notably, KIAL is also partnering with NOMTO for this edition of the event.

NMTB 2025 aims to promote Kerala Tourism with a special focus on the North Malabar region, which includes the Kannur and Kasaragod districts. This edition will also feature participation from Wayanad-based tourism properties, expanding the reach and diversity of the showcase.

The North Malabar region offers immense tourism potential, boasting serene backwaters, mist-covered hills, pristine and less-explored beaches, rich cultural traditions, ancient pilgrimage centres, scenic rivers, and a wide array of authentic travel experiences.

NOMTO has been actively working to develop and promote tourism circuits connecting Bengaluru, Mangaluru, Mysuru, Coorg, Wayanad, Kozhikode, Kannur, and Kasaragod—a vibrant and promising route for both discerning travellers and tour operators.

NMTB 2025 will feature a diverse set of sellers from across Kerala and Karnataka, making it a powerful B2B platform for networking and tourism development.
